Summary of Position The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for supporting and administering the company’s payroll process to ensure accurate, timely and compliant compensation for all employees. The role is responsible for auditing payroll data, maintaining adherence to federal and state wage and hour laws, executing Company policies and procedures including but not limited to benefits administration, internal communication, audit compliance, events, employee engagement, and training. The Payroll Supervisor serves as a key resource for managers and employees, providing guidance, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring payroll systems and procedures operate efficiently.
