Flexible/Hybrid schedule Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance No cost premium medical plan option available Paid training programs Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement Safety-focused culture What you’ll do: Position situated at New Iberia Administration Center for streamlined payroll operations Calculate overtime, shift payments, commissions, and bonuses accurately Account for and distribute taxes, deductions, and withholdings to relevant agencies Ensure payroll-related accounts are reconciled and maintained in control Successfully process certified payrolls as needed and generate required reports to entities Distribute pay information, handle sensitive communications, and assist in processing incentives and benefits You’ll have the following skills and experience: Possess a Specialized Diploma, vocational Training, and Payroll Certifications such as CMP or CPP, demonstrating expertise in payroll management. Well-versed in payroll software such as ADP Workforce Now or similar and proficient in utilizing various technological tools to streamline payroll processes. Demonstrated experience in effectively managing stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, enabling positive interactions and client satisfaction. Requirements
