In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations—including handling complex immigration-related tax situations. If you have strong attention to detail, a passion for accuracy, and experience with payroll tax reporting, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of payroll experience, including tax compliance and immigration-related tax handling
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and multi-state tax laws
  • Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, SAP, SuccessFactors) and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Local candidates only

  • CPP or FPC certification

Responsibilities

  • Process multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees
  • Validate timekeeping, deductions, and earnings for accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with wage laws and tax regulations
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll tax filings (federal, state, local)
  • Manage tax implications for immigration cases (e.g., expatriates, visa holders)
  • Handle garnishments, benefits deductions, and adjustments
  • Support year-end processes (W-2, tax reporting, audits)
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay and tax forms
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance on reporting and reconciliation
  • Assist with system upgrades and implementations
