About The Position

Master Payroll Processing: Take charge of processing weekly, bi-weekly, and daily payrolls with precision, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time, every time. • Seamless Direct Deposit Management: Handle direct deposit processing with attention to detail, ensuring smooth transactions and zero errors. • Maintain Payroll Files: Keep employee payroll records up to date, organized, and easily accessible while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. • Drive Pay Card Administration: Assist in managing pay card distribution and administration, offering employees a convenient and secure payment option. • Generate Financial Reports: Prepare insightful payroll reports that contribute to monthly financial dashboards, providing key data to leadership and supporting business decisions. • Garnishment Processing: Handle garnishments with care and compliance, ensuring proper deductions and payments are made in accordance with regulations. • Assist with Monthly Reconciliations: Play a key role in monthly reconciliations and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company financial goals. • Tackle Ad-Hoc Payroll Tasks: Jump in and assist with various payroll-related tasks and special projects as needed, demonstrating your adaptability and problemsolving skills.

Requirements

  • Prior Payroll Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Associate's Degree no experience acceptable
