About The Position

A Payroll Specialist typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include: Ensure that all payroll data entry of new hires, terminations, rate changes and employee classifications are correct for each employee in Deltek and UKG Review employee wage records to ensure that they are accurate and up to date Prepare payroll for 3 small Campos Companies Validate new hire employee records in Deltek and UKG Data validation changes, process employee referral bonus and PTO payouts Prepare reports regarding payroll activities, processing payroll deductions, and updating employee records Communicate with employees regarding their pay, including issues with direct deposit or payment methods Import and export timecard data Follow-up on missing timecards for active employees Back-up/support Payroll Manager Marking employee expenses paid in Deltek Assist with payroll reconciliations as needed WHY CAMPOS EPC? Requirements

  • Associate's degree preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of relevant payroll experience is preferred
  • Experience with full payroll process reconciliation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll for 3 small Campos Companies
  • Validate new hire employee records in Deltek and UKG
