Requirements

  • 3+ years payroll processing experience
  • Hands-on ADP experience required
  • Knowledge of multi-state payroll laws
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Excel

Nice To Haves

  • CPP certification preferred
  • Healthcare or clinical research experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll using ADP (Workforce Now or similar)
  • Ensure accuracy of wages, deductions, and bonuses
  • Validate timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage off-cycle payrolls and adjustments
  • Maintain compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations
  • Prepare payroll reports and support audits
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries
  • Identify and implement process improvements
