About The Position

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for assisting with payroll processing and
supports the day-to-day operations of the Payroll Department. This position is
based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Process payroll using ADP Lyric and ADP eTime (Time & Attendance)
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
• Process weekly and biweekly payrolls
• Liaison between Employees, HR and benefits
