Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll and payroll processing.
• Familiarity with bi-monthly and weekly payroll cycles.
• Experience with payroll tax, deductions, and garnishments.
• Ability to reconcile payroll for at least 300 employees weekly.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Experience with multi-local payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process daily manual payroll calculations.
• Handle corporate payroll adjustments on a weekly basis.
• Process payroll for at least 300 employees each week.
• Ensure accurate payroll tax calculations, deductions, and garnishments.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
