The Payroll & Compensation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll and pay administration across the organization. This role owns end-to-end payroll processing, bonus payments, deductions, and retirement plan administration, serving as the final checkpoint before payroll is released. This position partners closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to maintain compliance across federal and state requirements (including Florida and Texas) and to continuously improve payroll and pay-related processes. Exposure to salary band administration and market analysis is considered a plus but is not a core requirement of the role. Fully onsite position based in the Miami Headquarters office Monday through Friday, standard business hours Regular in-person collaboration with HR and Finance teams is required This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work
