This position is responsible for supporting the payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with federal, state and local laws. We are 100% employee owned, and we are as dedicated to supporting our team members as we are to the clients we serve.

Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Intermediate/Advanced experience in all MS Office applications
Knowledge of wage and hour laws and multi-state jurisdiction; payroll tax calculations and payroll software.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to accurately deal with detailed and complex information in a confidential manner
Valid drivers license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, or closely related field or payroll certification preferred.
