About The Position

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compensation of Partners in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Managing end-to-end payroll processing, tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of general accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Computer skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Organization skills; detail-oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Adaptability to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for partners
  • Input and maintain Partner data in payroll systems
  • Review and validate timesheets and wages
  • Respond to Partners questions
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist in audits
  • Understand and apply HR-related policies to ensure payroll processes align with organizational standards
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
  • Maintain and audit Partner payroll records
  • Assist in process improvement projects
  • Share knowledge and best practices to support team learning
