Payroll Specialist/Administrator

About The Position

Job Responsibilities: · Collects and processes payroll timesheets, inputs data into payroll system and maintains Payroll/Human Resources files ·Creates various payroll reports using EXCEL and ADP Workforce Now ·Process new hires, garnishments, terminations, etc. ·Assists with payroll tax notices ·Responds to management team and employee inquiries regarding payroll ·Ensures accurate and timely accounting, recordkeeping, and management of payroll related audits and reconciliations of payroll information ·Researches and resolves discrepancies ·Responsible for timely communication of information to the Payroll Manager and CFO ·Other payroll related duties as assigned · Maintains multiple spreadsheets ·Assists with various projects Requirements: ·7-10 years of direct payroll experience ·Experience using Paycom and ADP Workforce now ·Intermediate Excel skills ·Must be able to work in a flexible environment ·Strong computer, math, and verbal/written communication skills ·Ability to self-start and work independently ·MUST be organized, and very detail and deadline orientated

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of direct payroll experience
  • Experience using Paycom and ADP Workforce now
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Must be able to work in a flexible environment
  • Strong computer, math, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to self-start and work independently
  • MUST be organized, and very detail and deadline orientated
