Position Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for providing services to small to mid-sized clients, building and strengthening those client relationships. Your primary tasks will include payroll processing & reporting, handling accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, accounting for fixed assets and loans, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. Additionally, you will coordinate payroll processes, reconcile payroll on the books to payroll tax filings, and ensure vendor information is collected for year-end Form 1099 production. You will also be responsible for the input of complex transactions. Effective communication with clients and providing information for management review are essential components of this role.
