Company Paid and voluntary Life and AD&D HSA and FSA Spending Accounts Short- and Long-Term Disability Accidental, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance Employee Assistance Program What you will be doing: Process weekly payroll Maintain employee records Compile reports using Excel and other internal systems (Sage, ADP, SamPro, Procore and more) Handle Accounting & Payroll functions with accuracy and efficiency Work closely with Human Resources on entering new employees into the system Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and supervisors Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping confidential information Complete other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Credit check is required for this position Minimum 2-3 years of payroll experience ADP experience required Multi-State Payroll Processing required Garnishment processing experience required Excel experience is a major plus Payroll tax processing major plus Experience with Construction or Service employees is a major plus Timberline Sage and SamPro experience a plus Candidates must have the ability to keep information confidential Attention to detail with the ability to multitask is required 10 key experiences is necessary Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Interested in joining the team? Requirements

  • Credit check is required for this position
  • Minimum 2-3 years of payroll experience
  • ADP experience required
  • Multi-State Payroll Processing required
  • Garnishment processing experience required
  • Candidates must have the ability to keep information confidential
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask is required
  • 10 key experiences is necessary
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Excel experience is a major plus
  • Payroll tax processing major plus
  • Experience with Construction or Service employees is a major plus
