About The Position

Medbridge Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to lead and oversee all payroll operations. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex payroll processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of payroll management experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, such as ADP or SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in payroll-related matters.
• Maintain payroll systems and software, ensuring they are up to date and functioning correctly.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries promptly.
