We’re seeking an experienced Payroll leader to support a Workday ERP implementation. This individual will help stabilize and drive the Payroll workstream forward during a high-urgency period of testing, reconciliation, and organizational readiness. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who operates at the intersection of payroll operations, system implementation, and business adoption. This role requires payroll leadership experience, a solid understanding of Workday payroll and time tracking concepts, and the ability to guide both technical and business stakeholders through complex decisions and go-live preparation. This position will serve as the primary payroll liaison during the Workday transition while supporting daily payroll operations and ensuring the organization is prepared for successful system adoption.
