SoFi is looking for a Workday Payroll Administrator to support the administration and maintenance of our Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence platforms across our global workforce. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll work closely with senior payroll team members, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for both domestic and international employees while learning and growing your expertise in global payroll operations. The Workday Payroll Administrator supports the administration, ongoing maintenance, and functional support of the Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence platforms for SoFi's global operations. This role works under the guidance of senior team members to ensure system accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations while collaborating with payroll operations, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings foundational technical expertise in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration, understanding of end-to-end payroll processing including payroll tax withholdings, benefits and equity deductions, reporting, and familiarity with compliance controls. You will support system configuration initiatives, assist in troubleshooting payroll issues across multiple countries, and work with stakeholders to implement efficient solutions that support SoFi's growing domestic and international workforce.
