Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and customer service orientation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in UKG, preferably UKG Pro and/or UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions).
  • Payroll experience supporting a large population of hourly employees.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely approval of timecards and accurate payroll processing.
  • Run, review, and audit payroll batches to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records including new hires, changes, and terminations.
  • Process bonuses, commissions, expense reimbursements, and manual payroll adjustments.
  • Administer wage garnishments and required documentation.
  • Prepare payroll filings, W-2s, and compliance reporting.
  • Support payroll audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot payroll and timekeeping system issues.
  • Support onboarding and HRIS setup for new employees.
  • Serve as a trusted payroll and HR resource for employees and leaders.
  • Assist with benefits administration and leave-related payroll.
  • Prepare payroll and HR reports to support leadership decision-making.
