A key element of this investment is the recruitment of additional Payroll staff to provide overall support and assist with the growing population of US / global associates. This role will contribute to the efficient operations of the payroll team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of all internal and external deliverables. The coordinator will perform a variety of duties to ensure the accurate preparation and processing of the firm’s associate payrolls as well as synthesize large quantities of complex information under strict time deadlines with patience, professionalism, and poise. The coordinator will follow established processes and help identify best practices as regulations or systems change.
