About The Position

We are searching for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the payroll team supporting payroll processes related to new associate experience as well as payroll for new locations . The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • MS Office working
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the payroll team to support end-to-end payroll processes relating to new hires and rehires
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for new associates relating to their log ins
  • Conduct regular audits and data validation to ensure new hires and rehires task are complete and entered correctly
  • Be the SME for the new locations
  • Track all pay details are in ADP related to new hires
  • Manage timecard and pay card distributions
  • Become the main contact garnishment related functions Not limited to uploading the information to ADP SC Contacting/answering employees if questions arise
  • Backup for the Payroll Specialist during PTO time
