About The Position

As a Payroll Clerk at our Blue Anchor, NJ Eggo facility, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, managing site purchase orders, and supporting production data entry. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to partner with colleagues on payroll and time-management matters.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with payroll and some financial data processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup functions
• Strong attention to detail
• Data analysis capabilities

Responsibilities

• Process Payroll – Ensure accurate and timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Track Time & Attendance – Maintain vacation, sick time, and other records for the plant team.
• Support Financial Accuracy – Assist with GR/IR reconciliation and resolve purchase order differences.
• Data & Reporting – Help with production data entry, variance reports, and generate payroll reports.
• Grow & Collaborate – Take on special projects, join improvement teams, and work with plant leadership to enhance safety and efficiency.
