Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records, including employee information, timekeeping, and deductions.
  • Verify time-sheets and attendance records for accuracy.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Support tax filings, wage garnishments, and other payroll-related tasks.
  • Assist with audits and reporting as needed.
