We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst with strong knowledge of UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) to join our team. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing payroll-related support to employees and management. This role requires advanced analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Process multi-state payrolls accurately and on schedule using UKG Pro. Maintain payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits, and deductions. Review, audit, and reconcile payroll reports to ensure compliance and accuracy. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations, tax requirements, and company policies. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to resolve discrepancies and support payroll-related projects. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, timesheets, and deductions in a timely manner. Prepare and analyze payroll reports, audits, and metrics to support decision-making. Prepare and analyze benefit reporting from payroll system for billing. Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 filings. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the payroll function. Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
