About The Position

Pay is negotiable but salary is up to high $50k range. Major Responsibilities 1. Seeks to provide first call resolution by addressing issues at the point of contact. Escalates complex issues to appropriate resources to ensure resolution. Identifies, investigates and communicates service issues to appropriate parties to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Reconciles KRONOS and payroll audit reports. 3. Communicates/ interacts as necessary with internal/external departments, resolves complex payroll and timekeeping problems as well as researches and provides follow-up to difficult questions. 4. Acts as a liaison for National Payroll Services and Kronos Support teams regarding customer issues, ensuring that service standards are met. 5. Provides on-going education and information to customers and HR Services staff as needed. 6. May assist Team Lead/HR Services Manager and other staff with special projects. 7. Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to assume other duties and responsibilities as departmental objectives and requirements change required. 8. Utilize applicable HR system to resolve and document call interaction and case management information.
