This role serves as a critical control point for payroll integrity, ensuring proper data entry, validation, audit documentation, and regulatory compliance. This individual partners closely with the Payroll & Benefits Manager, HR team, Finance, and operational leaders to maintain payroll accuracy, support employees, and continuously improve payroll processes in a fast-growing, multi-state environment.
