What You will Contribute to OHM Advisors Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurately preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll for all employees while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position maintains payroll records, supports audits, and partners with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and employee data integrity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in improving payroll accuracy and efficiency.
