About The Position

This role is full-time, based out of Chicago, IL. Marketstaff is a Human Resource company working in a partnership with BRIDGE Housing, headquartered in San Francisco, California.   We have a range of clients who outsource all aspects of Human Resource functions.   Our clients range from non-profit organizations, elite surgical and aesthetic medical practices, dental offices, MRI clinics.   We provide concerige HR and payroll services to our clients and their employees. We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations for clients. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll is processed accurately, securely, and in compliance with applicable laws with a variety of compensation structures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of payroll administration experience
  • Experience with Paylocity, ADP and/ or, comparable HRIS/payroll system
  • Strong Excel skills, financial skills and attention to detail
  • Integrity, discretion, and a strong service mindset.
