Payroll Administrator
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a fast paced construction environment supporting both union and non union payroll. This role is responsible for processing accurate and timely weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with labor agreements and payroll regulations, and supporting audits and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate has hands on experience with union payroll, construction environments, and Viewpoint Vista. This position plays a critical role in maintaining payroll continuity, accuracy, and compliance across multiple entities.

- Clear communicator who works well with Payroll Manager, Finance, HR, and Operations
- Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive payroll data
