Job Summary The Payroll Administrator plays a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll and benefits processing for QB Energy’s employees. This position supports both the Human Resources and Accounting teams by maintaining the integrity of employee data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. As part of a lean, high-performing HR function, the Payroll Administrator must be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating with both autonomy and collaboration. This role also supports system administration for the HRIS and helps streamline processes that enhance employee experience.
