The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing payroll in a corporate accounting office covering payroll, and monthly commissions for 500 employees and multiple locations. Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, commissions, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and benefits changes. Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Maintain employee payroll files. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of commission based payroll experience
  • ADP Workforce now experience
  • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skill

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an automotive sales and service environment highly desirable
  • CDK experience is desirable
