As a Senior Relationship Manager within Commercial Card, you will own and manage a portfolio of Global Corporate Bank clients, each with annual commercial card spend exceeding $20MM. You will serve as the primary Commercial Card and Payments Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your clients, responsible for driving retention, deepening wallet share, and accelerating product revenue growth. In this highly visible, client‑facing role, you will build trusted, consultative relationships with senior client stakeholders while partnering closely with internal banking, treasury, product, sales, marketing, and service teams. Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, revenue growth, solution adoption, and operational excellence across the Commercial Card product suite.
