The Payment Servicing Associate is primarily responsible for supporting functions and processes within the Payment Servicing Teams by processing requests received via multiple channels. This position ensures all requests/tasks are processed within HCA’s timeframes, KPIs, and adhere to HCA’s policy and procedures, as well as compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year working in a customer service role in a fast-paced operations environment
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Demonstrated business etiquette including verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate across the organization.
  • Self-motivated, professional demeanor, and self-starter.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, and ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to represent the company while interfacing with insurance companies, body shops, etc.
  • Agile and can successfully adjust to changing priorities to meet business demand.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of general office equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record with delivering seamless customer experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance coaching environment.

  • Auto finance experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support functions and processes within the Payment Servicing Teams by processing requests received via multiple channels.
  • Ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCA’s timeframes, KPIs, and adhere to HCA’s policy and procedures, as well as compliance.
  • Process requests in accordance with Payment Servicing SLAs.
  • Respond to emails and various escalated account issues within the assigned SLA.
  • Track productivity and provide status updates for KPI’s.
  • Work with QA team to ensure Productivity, Quality, Compliance standards are met.
  • Generate letters, send and retain documents as requested to ensure accuracy per HCA’s Policy and Procedures while being compliant.
  • May contact insurance companies and body shops to obtain information regarding insurance issues.
