The Payment Processing Associate role involves providing administrative/clerical support for business operations, reviewing payments, performing data entry of material from source documents to a computer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work, maintaining a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production, and researching problematic payments.

Requirements

Ability to compare lists of numbers and find mismatches/errors.
Handle multiple assignments.
Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and fingerprinting.
Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
Good attendance/punctuality
Good written and verbal communication
Collaborative teamwork
Technical ability to use computers with multiple apps at the same time

Nice To Haves

Banking and payment experience preferred.

Responsibilities
