What You’ll Do Monitor patient accounts and assist with payment processing. Follow up with patients regarding overdue balances in a professional, friendly way. Help answer billing questions and coordinate with our front desk and insurance teams. Keep accurate records of communications and account updates. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or current college enrollment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented and organized—able to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable handling sensitive information responsibly. Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
