About The Position

Role Purpose: The role’s primary purpose is to play a supporting role, in partnership with IT and business groups, for the roll-out and change of Chubb’s strategic payment platforms. Assisting payment intake, business requirements and program management by documenting business processes, controls, support technical design, user acceptance testing, post implementation review and change requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or a related field, desirable but not essential
  • Assisting with requirements gathering and documentation
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working with enterprise financial systems, including payment systems, in a large multinational environment
  • Experience working with finance functions, related reporting, accounting, control and across regions and team
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to understand end to end process and analytically review requirements to ensure holistic payment processes

Responsibilities

  • Payment intake: Assist with payment intake and payment portfolio updates.
  • Arrange discovery workshops and meetings.
  • Take and distribute meeting notes, follow up on actions and work with all teams involved to coordinate efforts.
  • Business requirements: Assist with project business requirements documentation, reviews and sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
  • Document current business processes, future requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and suggestion to leads and project team.
  • Collaboration with technical teams during the design, build, and system testing phases.
  • Provide ongoing support for any queries related to requirements.
  • Contribute to and review technical documentation deliverables, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project goals.
  • Provide insights into both business and systems implementation plans to ensure successful execution of the projects.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the final product meets business requirements.
  • Assist in effective project closure procedures, review, and manage outstanding actions.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Assist with notes and coordination with meetings, workshops and project events.
  • Assist in monitoring the progress of projects by tracking key deadlines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Contribute to the preparation of insightful status reports for both internal stakeholders and clients, reflecting project progress and challenges.
  • Act as a link among project stakeholders, with effective communication between team members and external parties.
