Responsibilities

  • Reconciling payments and receipts
  • Applying chargebacks
  • Review and verify payment information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate discrepancies between payments, invoices, and account balances.
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for auditing.
  • Prepare daily payment reports and summaries.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to payment entries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
