About The Position

The position of Intern will perform duties relative to their department to assist in achieving the overall goals of the Bank. The role will require some essential functions to be performed independently, however, the incumbent will often be expected to work in a team environment as well. Internship will be fully on-site in Westborough, MA

Requirements

• High School Diploma is required
• Students entering their Junior or Senior year of college
• Strong analytical and computer skills
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Previous employment experience in a bank, accounting or finance environment is preferred
• Strong customer service skills and experience preferred
• Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers
• Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis for any employer without restriction
• Visa Sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Responsibilities

• Learn and become familiar with internal payment operations systems
• Assist with daily operations
• Source Capture support – including keying, eDeposit/Merchant Deposit item review
• Bank by Mail processing
• Lockbox – posting payments to customer accounts
• ATM Deposit Review
• Special Projects
• Assist with testing system features and functionality – completing test plans and scripts in accordance with bank change control and audit procedures.
• Attend Team Meetings
