About The Position
Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Payment Operations department. The paid internship program will be completed over a 12-week period beginning May through August 2026. The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Develop clear, accurate, and user-friendly procedures for ACH, wire transfers, and check processing in approved bank formats. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure procedural accuracy and completeness. Ensure all procedures comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Align documentation with operational best practices to support efficiency and consistency.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong written communication skills and can translate complex processes into clear, easy-to-follow procedures
- Organized and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to use resources to maintain accuracy with a strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point) preferred.
