Summary of Role: To provide a high level of support to both members and internal staff as it relates to the daily operations of payment operation functions, which include but are not limited to: Mailed transactions, share draft in-clearing, remote deposit capture, ATM checks deposits, returned deposited items, forward item processing, branch network check balancing, wire transfer processing, and ACH file processing, while adhering to all regulatory, compliance, departmental and credit union rules, regulations, and policies. Additionally, the Payment Operations Associate will support the other business units within Operations to ensure a high level of member service is achieved and maintained.
