Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of the HE market and payments industry
  • Able to manage a book of business with a team of 4 and 700+ accounts at any given time
  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Travel: estimated 10-25%
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales or customer service management, preferably in Higher Ed

Responsibilities

  • Manage a Team of CSMs in the Higher Ed territory for Transact Payments clients
  • Sales goals for Renewal, Net Revenue, and SW values
  • Work with CSM leadership to align team processes and tasks
  • Work with Sales leaders for alignments within territories
  • Work with internal departments on escalations and collaboration to streamline processes, adjust fee structures and ensure the “client experience” is considered
  • Train and on-board new CSM team members
  • Travel as needed to HE events, company planned events and individual client sites
