About The Position

As a Client Success Manager at Foresite, you are the strategic bridge between our Mid-Market clients and our suite of managed services. You will lead the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring customers maximize their investment in Google SecOps and Foresite’s MSSP offerings. You are responsible for the "big picture" of the client relationship—driving high satisfaction, ensuring consistent renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand our security footprint within their organization.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: 3+ years in customer success or account management, specifically managing a portfolio of Mid-Market clients within the cybersecurity or SaaS space.
  • MSSP & Security Fluency: Solid understanding of managed security services, including the value proposition of SIEM and SOAR concepts.
  • Relationship Management: Expert at building rapport with mid-level management and executive stakeholders (CISO/IT Director).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret account health data to drive proactive outreach and problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Tech Familiarity: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google SecOps is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestration & Collaboration: Act as the central hub for the client relationship, orchestrating communication between the client’s stakeholders and Foresite’s internal delivery teams to ensure service alignment.
  • Account Health Management: Proactively monitor and manage client health metrics. You will conduct regular business reviews to ensure Foresite’s MSSP services are meeting KPIs and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Retention & Renewal Excellence: Own the renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts. You will identify "at-risk" signs early and develop strategic mitigation plans to ensure long-term retention.
  • Service Expansion (Upsell/Cross-sell): Deeply understand your clients' evolving security needs to identify opportunities where additional Foresite services or Google SecOps features can provide further value.
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Translate client business goals into actionable security roadmaps, ensuring our MSSP delivery remains aligned with their long-term compliance and protection objectives.
  • Voice of the Customer: Advocate for Mid-Market specific needs within Foresite, providing feedback to help refine our managed service offerings and customer experience.
