Main responsibilities: Review and process payment activities. Monitor deposit and withdrawal queues and prevent high-risk transactions. Analyze player behavior through payment gateway data to draw conclusions and recommendations. Performing high-level analysis over large datasets to produce insights that enable better business outcomes. Preparing reports for the leadership team that identifies trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. Analyze fraud and transactions reports. Dispute chargeback. Communicate with third-party vendors to solve problems. Work across multiple teams to improve the player experience. Troubleshoot any technical issues and collaborate with first level technical support as needed. Collaborate with Accounting, IT and Product teams to achieve betJACK’s goals. Maintain general payment industry knowledge, challenge the status quo, and apply best practices or new ideas.
