About The Position

MedBridge Healthcare Group is seeking a Part Time Patient Support Specialist to join our ReactDx cardiac monitoring team. This is a fully on site role in a fast paced, high volume healthcare call center environment and is not remote . This position plays a critical role in supporting patients using cardiac monitoring devices and assisting during peak volume periods and PTO coverage. Experience in medical offices, call centers, or patient facing roles is highly valued.

Requirements

High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
Three or more years of experience in healthcare, administrative, or customer facing roles
Call center experience strongly preferred
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Comfortable handling a high call volume
Self motivated and reliable
Fluent in English; bilingual skills a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to sit and be on the phone for extended periods

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls in a call center environment
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, customers, and internal teams
Educate patients on proper use of ReactDx cardiac monitoring devices
Support patient compliance throughout the monitoring process
Order supplies, track shipments, and troubleshoot device issues
Document all interactions and activity in accordance with FDA requirements
Manage and track company equipment and cardiac monitors
Use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems to document activity
Perform other duties as assigned
