Georgia Urology is hosting a Hiring Event for Patient Support Center Representatives (PSC Reps) to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring they feel supported, respected, and cared for from the moment they call. If you thrive in a call center environment , enjoy multitasking, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service , this role is for you! A Day in the Life of a PSC Representative: Work in a true call center environment with a business casual/scrub-friendly dress code. Handle 75–110 inbound calls daily , averaging 7–10 minutes per call. Provide top-notch customer care while scheduling patient appointments and procedures. Use multiple platforms simultaneously: NextGen EHR, DASH, Five9, Microsoft Teams, email, etc. Calls are quality-monitored to ensure excellent service. Enjoy a consistent schedule: Mon–Thurs 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM . Receive a 6-week training program with ongoing team support. Take advantage of lunch breaks, two 15-minute breaks daily, and parking validation .
