About The Position

The Patient Services Specialist is responsible for greeting patients, preparing necessary forms, and accurately collecting, verifying, and entering patient information into EPIC for timely claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare paperwork necessary for the patient visit
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls
• Make appointments
• Perform Cashier duties as directed, including posting of charges
• Collect co-payments/co-insurance and balances due
• Follow the process for release of medical information and FMLA/disability forms completion as requested
