About The Position

Granite State Credit Union (GSCU) is seeking a full-time Branch Specialist, also referred to as a Member Service Representative, for their Concord, NH branch. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver 'awesome' service to members. The position offers a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, with the final rate depending on banking experience.

Responsibilities

  • All aspects of Teller processing including deposits, withdrawals, member loan payments, and any other transactions.
  • All aspects of Member Service including effectively cross selling all GSCU products and services to existing and potential members by identifying and acting upon sales opportunities.
  • Identifying member needs and offering solutions that deepen the financial relationship with Granite State Credit Union.
  • Assisting the team in reaching branch goals and increasing business in the branch. This includes participation in team challenges and competitions.
  • Accepting consumer and real estate loan applications, preparing loan documents, and handling member loan closings.
  • Researching and resolving member account questions and issues.
  • Assisting in after hour call nights, community events, and networking.
  • Provide coverage to other branches and departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
