About The Position

Patient Services Specialist – Neurosurgery at Swedish Neurosurgery - Issaquah Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift Location: Issaquah, Washington Job description: Patient Services Specialists are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you’ll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Patient Services Specialists work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more. Requirements

  • Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
