Now Hiring: Patient Services Representative/Medical Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Float between Eagan and Woodbury clinics and assist at nearby Eden Prairie as needed Be the welcoming face that sets the tone for a patient's entire experience at ADVENT. As a Part-time Patient Services Representative/Medical Assistant you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported and cared for from their very first visit through every step of their journey.

Requirements

CMA or Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a medical Assistant
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Experience working with performance-based goals or metrics
A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records
High attention to detail and accuracy
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to train at our Woodbury and Blaine clinics
Flexibility to work between our Eagan, Woodbury and Eden Prairie clinics
Valid driver license

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and check them in using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
Coordinate and order sleep study devices
Review upcoming schedules to confirm insurance and patient documentation are complete
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow for a smooth clinic experience
Answer incoming calls and provide overflow support to the call center as needed
Open and close the clinic following established protocols
Ensure proper documentation, process payments, and support daily clinic operations
Order medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as needed
Play a key role in delivering exceptional hands-on care while supporting a positive, team-oriented clinic environment
Ensure a smooth and seamless patient experience throughout the day
Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support quality care
Room patients and accurately document medical history and vitals in the EMR
Welcome patients warmly and assist with scheduling needs
