The Patient Services Representative – Float provides front office support across multiple clinic locations (Temecula, Hemet, Menifee, and Temecula Parkway) to ensure efficient patient access, scheduling coordination, and excellent patient experience. This role is the first point of contact for patients, managing incoming calls, coordinating appointments, assisting with patient registration, and maintaining accurate scheduling workflows. Regular communication with patients, providers, medical assistants, and leadership teams is essential for smooth clinic operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will float between the specified sites based on organizational needs.
