The Patient Services Representative – Float provides front office support across multiple clinic locations to ensure efficient patient access, scheduling coordination, and an excellent patient experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, managing incoming calls, coordinating appointments, assisting with patient registration, and maintaining accurate scheduling workflows. Regular communication with patients, providers, medical assistants, and leadership teams is essential for smooth clinic operations in a fast-paced environment. This specific Float role supports clinics in Temecula, Hemet, Menifee, and Temecula Parkway, requiring the individual to float between these sites based on organizational needs.
